Another Friday is here, so you know what that means! This Fashion Friday is all about embracing the warm weather, gearing up for those summer cook-outs (if we can this year) and dressing the part!

How on earth am I already 6 months pregnant?! Man oh man, this pregnancy is flying by… But at the same time, dragging on?? (I blame that on Covid-19 though) Either way, it is so crazy that we will get to meet our sweet baby girl in 3 short months! Ahhh!! I don’t know if I am ready!!!
The older I get, the more I fall in love with clothing trends from past decades! The 1960’s (to me) is the pinnacle for style! All the patterns, the silhouettes, the color?! Ughhhh it makes me swoon! As soon as I put on this cute little pinafore dress, I got all the 60’s vibes!!! So that’s how I decided to style it!
On the occasion where I need to take off my rings, I recently discovered I had no where safe to keep them! And with the Covid-19 store closures, I could not go out and look for anything either! Plus, who wants to spend money when you don’t have to?? So, I rummaged through all of my craft supplies and came up with this SUPER simple, SUPER cute ring holder DIY!
I cannot tell if this pregnancy is flying by or if it is dragging on?? Either way, here we are at 5 months! So many changes, and so much growth is happening lately and I am just so blessed to be able to experience all the ups and downs that pregnancy brings!
Just because I am 5 months pregnant, does not mean I have to dress like it! This weeks Fashion Friday is focused on lots of color! I mean, my bag is literally half the color wheel! Haha
Ever since I got pregnant, finding out the gender of our baby was one of the things I was looking forward to the most! Knowing that you will be bringing a life into the world is nothing short of a miracle, but knowing who you will be bringing into the world makes it just so much more real to me! Being able to call the baby by name, rather than “them” or “the baby” is just so special and life changing. Not only that, but in my recent experience, it was pretty shocking as well!
Hello second trimester! Well, technically I have been in it for a few weeks, but still! This is supposed to be the “golden trimester” where I get all my energy back and feel much more myself! Where as I don’t feel all the way back to normal yet, I have noticed a positive change! Hopefully in the next few weeks I will be able to embrace my pregnancy to the fullest! For now, here are my month 4 updates!
Step aside Shamrock Shake, there is a new St. Paddy’s Day favorite in town! I introduce to you: the End of the Rainbow Shake! 1 part colorful, 1 part quirky- all parts delicious! Today I am going to show you how to make this tasty treat just in time for St. Patrick’s Day!
I wake up every morning in complete shock that I am carrying a life inside me! I have wanted to become a mother for SO LONG (anyone that truly knows me knows I was born a mother lol), so the fact that it is actually happening is just such a blessing and Ian and I are both just so excited! Each month I am going to document the changes to my body, my mind and my world; the beautiful journey of becoming a mom! Today, I am going to recap my first trimester of pregnancy so far (what?!) and you will get to see my first bump pics and read a few pregnancy Q&A’s that I will keep up with for each following month until D-Day! (delivery day) Let’s go!
