Why put in all the effort finding the perfect gift for someone, and then wrap with less than perfect wrapping paper?! Come on! You know you would love to receive a gift this pretty! I mean, I know I would!
I would be lying if I said I didn’t wrap my presents like this the last two years. I just think it looks so cute!!! Although, I will tell you, there is a downfall. I (stupidly) wrapped my Secret Santa gift this way and they knew it was from me as soon as they saw it… oops!
SUPPLIES:
- Wrapping Paper
- Ribbon
- Tape
- Scissors
HOW TO:
- Wrap the gift in your favorite wrapping paper. (I chose to use an iridescent paper so that it would match all the colors in the ribbon. But any paper would work.)
- Wrap each ribbon (one at a time) around the gift and secure with tape.
- Determine how complex or how simple you would like to decorate the gift! You could wrap the ribbon around vertically, horizontally, both, woven, or any design you like! Be creative!
- Give the gift to the recipient and watch the excitement explode!
