And although my birthday has already passed this year, nearly everyone else in my family has a birthday in August, so I figured let’s keep this birthday party going! To me nothing screams “birthday” like cake does! So, of course I pulled out my favorite cake dip recipe for this weeks post!
Let’s all agree that going back to school stinks! Summer is such a magical time, why does it ever have to end?! Arguably, the only cool thing about going back to school is getting to pick out all your new school supplies for the year! It’s fun picking out all your new pencils, folders and paper, but it definitely can be hard finding supplies that reflect your personality and what you love. And that’s where these adorable pencil toppers come in!
In my opinion no outfit is truly complete unless it has a little bit of rainbow in it! 😉 And if a rainbow balloon is there to accompany the look, I say, even better!
Hello Artisans!!! Today is my 25th birthday!!! Yay! Last year I did 24 random facts about me to celebrate my 24th bday, and you guys loved it soooo much! So, I thought I would go ahead and do another one this year! But just a warning… I probably will not be doing this post on my 26th birthday because I am running out of facts! haha
This dress is definitely a new favorite!! I wore it for the first time on my trip to Ireland and fell in love! When I am wearing it, I feel like I am a mixture of Esmeralda (from The Hunchback of Notre Dame) and Beyonce (from her Lemonade Album). Either way, this is a POWERFUL dress!
I can hardly believe it… Today my little fur baby is 1! Seems just like yesterday we were bringing home this sweet, cuddly, little guy and now we have a wild, squirrel-loving tyrant! haha!

We spent an amazing 10 days traveling all around Ireland and Northern Ireland and got to see and do so many incredible things! Ireland has always been on my bucket list, so the fact that we were able to go and see everything that I could have ever dreamed, is just surreal! Welcome to my first Fashion Friday since before I left for Ireland! For this week, I decided to showcase my favorite dress of the summer!! It is soooo cute and sooo comfortable! And that color?! I mean, you are probably going to want to get one for yourself!
Since it is officially my birthday month (aka the best month of the year) I thought I would kick off the celebrations with one of the yummiest desserts of all: ice cream sandwiches!! Oh, and they are birthday cake flavored?! Count me in!
