In this day and age we are constantly taking photos of absolutely everything. I mean, it’s so easy when you have a camera with you at all times! And although I know I take pictures, I have noticed that I never really showcase my photos anywhere. Am I the only one?? What’s the point of taking pictures if you don’t want to see them?! This realization inspired my DIY today! I am going to show you how to make your very own Rainbow Photo Holders so that you can show off all your favorite memories in a fun, colorful way!

Yeah, sure you can always buy some frames to display your photos, but what’s the fun in that?! These quirky little photo holders are the perfect accessory to help showcase all your favorite pictures!

Rainbow Photo Holders
Supplies:
– Air Dry Clay
– Paint
– Paintbrush
– Blade/Clay Cutter
Instructions:
1.) Knead and mold the clay into desired shape. For this rainbow, I rolled out the clay into a thick “rope” and bent it into an arch. Make sure the bottom is completely flat so that it has a stable surface to sit up on.
2.) Take your sharp blade and slice a thin cut into the center of the clay where you would like the photo to sit in.
3.) Allow clay to completely dry. I let it dry over night.
4.) Paint your clay in all your favorite colors.
5.) Display all your favorite photos for all to see!
