Lucky Charms Cake

St. Paddy’s Day is right around the corner, so that means everything has to be on theme, and what starts it this year for me is this magically delicious cake!!!

While it is true that I love Lucky Charms in cereal form, having it as a cake blows the cereal out of the water! (or milk since we are talking cereal) It may have been quite a task to separate all the marshmallows from the box, but I definitely would do it again!

Rather than just covering the entire cake with the marshmallows, I thought it would be cute to make my own topper inspired by the shapes! I picked my three favorite shapes to top the cake, and I love how it turned out! I love making cake toppers!! Is there a career in that?! Sign me up!

It was so hard to cut into this beauty, but it truly was worth it! Strongly considering making this a St. Paddy’s Day tradition!

  1. I am SO in love with this cake!!! I’ve never had Lucky Charms since they aren’t available here in Australia, but I have always admired from afar the adorable and colourful marshmallows that come with them, and you definitely used them well here 😍🙌💕
